launched a training division to drastically improve service levels
island wide. We introduced tailor made customer service training
programs in Cayman for the first time, under the brand name “The
Edge”.

can boast an infusion of international expertise, with courses delivered
by locals who understand the idiosyncrasies of our culturally diverse
